The Management of VLACHOS SA aims and commits:

 

• To meet the needs of its customers in every transaction with the company.

 

• The continuous improvement of the quality of the products it provides to its customers, in order to meet their needs as much as possible

 

• To provide all the necessary resources for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality System

• In the smooth operation of the company, following faithfully and without deviation anything that refers to the current legislation and is related to its activity

 

The quality policy and quality objectives are defined and are fully compatible with the framework and the strategic management of the Company. Quality objectives have been set and maintained as part of internal control processes, monitoring and system review with the ultimate goal of increasing customer satisfaction. Increasing sales at all levels of the business while maintaining or increasing staff interact and work with high customer satisfaction, grievance elimination and system nonconformities

 

In the above context, VLACHOS SA aims to:

• in the development and institutionalization of simple and flexible operating procedures
• in the standardization of working methods
• in ensuring the stability of the quality of the offered products
• in the development of mechanisms for early prevention and detection of quality problems
• in the improvement and modernization of the organizational structures of the company

It is a belief of VLACHOS SA that the implementation of the Quality System according to the international standard ISO 9001 (version 2015) will contribute maximally to the realization of the company's goals.

 

We firmly believe that quality is achieved with the perfect arranging of the company as well as with the analysis, recording, institutionalization, and implementation of clear operating procedures which are faithfully followed by all, until the final result is produced.
